Its been a while since I made an actual report. Business has been pretty hectic lately with the holidays. Took a trip out to the mud hole last night, despite the negative reports from the day shift. Fished from about 9:30PM to 2:30AM. Right off the bat I started getting whacked with bobbers taking dives every 5 to 10 minutes. I kept on missing hooksets and quickly realized why. The fish were hitting my chartreuse bobbers! To counter act I placed my baits up real shallow leaving only about an 18" leader. That proved to be the ticket to some degree as I rounded out the night with 5 hookups, landing 2 and releasing 1. Countless hits through out the night that never materialized.
Tried for crappie on all edges of the dock, shallow and deep for no love. It probably wont be until February until they start showing up in force.

Lake amador is not all that great. You pay $9 for your car plus $2 for your boat, plus $8 per fishermen, me and my buddy have been their three times. The only time we caught something thier is when we used a size 12 tredle hook and snagged a fuckin trout, other than that their is no fish in that fuckin lake. I guarantee you, that its all bullshit of them stocking the fuckin lake because thier is no fish in thier unless you snag a trout. i don't recommend you wasting your money on that bullshit business that they try to run, thier is no fish, don't get fooled by all the pictures on google its bullshit, you won't catch anything because the fish they stock in the lake need weeks if not months to adjust to the feeding of the lake. Your best bet is to get out of range of the DNR and snag the trout, but make sure thier is no rednecks in site becaue these jackasses pay $550 a month to rent a peice of land from te bullshit fishing. So of course if considering fishing thier remember snag or wait to catch nothing. Its a bullshit organization that says they have the best trout fishing in the United States, the only problem is that when i was out their all three times, no boats caught any fish. I feel bad for the people that paid $80 to rent thier hore shit boats. Thier is no fish. If you want to get lucky than troll with a size 12 treble hook and a 8oz sinker.

i too didn't catch shit their and they charged me $45 for the day........ the only thing they stock their is trailer park trash
i caught a 8lb trout their and a 4lb bass so i think the fishing is okay but maybe i got lucky still it was a waist of money for 3 kids and me.
I got lucky with the bar lady so im not complaining, i nailed that bitch doggystyle so it was worth the fishing trip with my buddies. also i did not see any dnr guys so we tried to snag a few trout on top water. the water was clear.
Fuck the trout lets start a fucking whore house with all the trailer trash that live on that lake. i wonder how much i can get a whore thier for the night. the fishing might suck there but at least some of us can get laid.
i caught a couple of trout there but none were the size i have imagined they would be. I tried bass fishing but that was worthless. i did see some trout in schools traveling so we followed them with our boat but caught nothing. Maybe they were not hungry.

sounds like a whole buncha poor sports to me. i have caught many fish here and sometimes i would go home skunked, but that is fishing. perhaps you guys that hate this place so much should learn how to fish harder and to be better than those people who leave trash. PICK IT UP lazy Jackass's 'm tired of hearing whiny people. " oh i cant catch fish. oh this is trashed" its trashed because people don't car and when they don't catch fish they leave trash. now think...hmmm..maybe the trash keep the fish AWAY! I don't care what people say about this place because i catch more fish than people who have a boat most of the time. and NO I DON'T SNAG and I don't leave trash i pick it up.
